These Guidelines May Help You Live

When the earth is crashing every second counts. Panic is not an option. Denial of panic could save your life. If you can feel the tremors, you are quite close to the epicenter (or explosion) for the appearance of structural damage in your area. These guidelines can help you survive such an event.
BASIC RULES
Within reach of your bed and your workplace, to maintain sturdy shoes and a working flashlight. Keep the clothing that is easy to slip on the next to the bed. If the tremor begins while you are in bed, stay there until the shaking stops. After the shaking ended, get dressed and put on shoes. Bare feet are not consistent with broken glass, and light shoes will not last long in rough terrain.
DUCK * COVER * Hold
